RFP 19-13 ONLINE TRAINING SERVICES FOR FIRE DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL
The City of Glendale (City) is soliciting Requests for Proposals from qualified vendors to establish a term contract for Online Training Services for the Glendale Fire Department on an “as needed” basis. The City intends to contract with qualified training providers who have the capacity to develop and deliver online training programs designed to support Fire and EMS continuing education and staff development. Currently, there are approximately 261 Glendale Fire Department personnel who requires online training. The number of online trainees may vary throughout the term of the contract. The City of Glendale, Arizona is seeking comprehensive state legislative representation and communication consulting services on behalf of the City of Glendale. The goal of the state legislative representation services contract is to provide effective advocacy of the City Council’s adopted positions on state legislative, regulatory and funding matters in a targeted and consistent manner. RFP 19-04 INTEGRATED COURTROOM TECHNOLOGY
The Glendale City Court (Court) seeks to update the existing digital recording capabilities of the Court and broaden access to the digital record for the benefit of the judiciary, Court staff, the legal community, and members of the general public. The existing system is out dated with mismatched patchwork solutions that barely meet the minimum standards for the judicial branch. The selected contractor shall design, install and maintain a system of integrated technologies compatible with Windows 10 and SQL Server 2016. The court requires the contractor to meet or exceed the standards for Digital Recordings of Court Proceedings as outlined in the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration ACJA §1-602 (Appendix B). Uniformity and ease of operation are essential to any proposed solution as staff frequently work in different courtrooms but must be able to record the proceeding without having to learn new processes for each courtroom. The City would propose an initial 1-year contract with the option for four (4) additional 1-year renewals based on performance.

IFB 19-02 TENTS AND ACCESSORIES RENTALS
The City of Glendale is issuing this IFB to establish a term contract with an experienced Contractor for the rental of tents and accessories as specified in this IFB to be utilized for special events on a shortterm, “as required” basis. The resulting agreement shall provide for the order, delivery, placement and removal of rental equipment as requested. The equipment shall be used for various public events and meetings scheduled throughout the year. A yearly schedule shall be issued to the successful offeror; however,

RFP 19-03 EVENT STAFFING
The City of Glendale (City) is soliciting Requests for Proposals from qualified companies to provide staffing for special events on an as required basis. Services shall include all management, organization, training, operation, supervision, labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supplies necessary to meet the scope of services.Event locations include, but are not limited to, the Glendale Community College and downtown
Glendale including the Murphy Park area. The City anticipates requiring event-staffing services for approximately six (6) events per year. The City outdoor festivals are free to the public with many events having beer/wine gardens, food and merchandise sales, and entertainment performing on multiple stages. The average duration for an event day is between 5–12 hours and may have overnight needs. Crowd sizes range from approximately 25,000 to 100,000 attendees. The system addressed by this Request for Proposal will consist of GC-microECD system with split/splitless injector, Autosampler, Electronic Pressure Control, interfaces (if needed), computer with DVD-RW, printer and software. The system will be used for analysis of Haloacetic Acids regulated under the Federally mandated Stage 2 Disinfection By-Product Rule specified in EPA Method 552.2 and 552.3. RFP 19-06 BUS STOP POWER WASHING AND TRASH COLLECTION SERVICES
The City of Glendale Transit Division requests proposals to establish a term contract from firms experienced in public bus shelter power washing services and/or bus shelter trash collection services.The resulting agreement shall be to provide power washing services and routine trash collection for all City of Glendale bus shelters, pads and all furniture within the scope. Contractor’s pricing shall include, but is not limited to, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, shipping, licenses, fees, insurance, profit, and any other associated direct or indirect costs. The City, in its best interest, reserves the right to single- or multi-award this contract. RFP 18-45 TRADE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR GLENDALE COMMUNITY HOUSING
The City of Glendale (City) is soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP) from qualified tradesmen labor resources to provide general facility maintenance, including but not limited to, areas such as painting, custodial, minor plumbing, minor electrical, and minor remodeling. Most services shall be on behalf of the Community Housing Division who is responsible for addressing the rental housing needs of City residents unable to afford housing in the private market.

This is a federally funded project and is funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and requires Davis Bacon prevailing wage rate and compliance with terms of HUD-5370 form and the Department of Labor; and General Wage Determination, Residential, Maricopa, Arizona (Residential Construction Projects-consisting of single family homes and apartments up to and including 2 stories.)

The work to be performed may be subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, 12 U.S.C. 1701u (Section 3). The purpose of Section 3 is to ensure that the employment and other economic opportunities generated by HUD assistance or HUD-assisted projects cover Section 3. Section 3 shall, to the greatest extent feasible, be directed to the low and very low-income persons, particularly persons who are recipients of HUD assistance for housing. Budget for these services is not to exceed $75,000 annually.
